Open Applications for Compassionate Impact Grant Program
Foundation Beyond Belief (FBB) seeks to support and increase the capacity of organizations that are developing or broadening potentially transformative evidence-informed social innovations that solve critical community problems. FBB will make up to 2 capacity building grant in the amount of $50,000 to $60,000 to an innovative organization with the goal to increase that organization’s capacity to support those in need and create solutions that greatly increase their impact on a critical community problem Projects may take place domestically or internationally. The Compassionate Impact Grant Program is an open, competitive process with applicants assessed on their ability to provide evidence-driven, innovative solutions that reach different or larger numbers of constituents. Deadline to apply is February 6, 2015.
Call for Proposals: Community Engagement Incentive Grants
As part of The University of Tennessee, Knoxville’s commitment to community collaboration and community-engaged scholarship, the Chancellor provides special project funding for proposals that specifically enhance the public engagement mission of the university. Proposals may be for community-engaged projects or partnerships that promote the principles of engagement as applied to research, teaching, or outreach. This funding program is primarily directed at faculty-led initiatives, though the involvement of students is encouraged. Prospective applicants are strongly encouraged to review funding guidelines and previously-funded projects, which may be found here. Deadline to apply in March 6, 2015.
